Transfer Problems with Image Clip

I'm new to this so I wonder what my problem could be. I'm using the Image Clip transfer paper for Darks. When I do the transfer with the transfer sheet the transfer is not clean and it is leaving behind areas of white such as the O's.

I'm using an OKIDATA C931 - Heavy paper setting

Any help is greatly appreciated.
