Arghhh.

Someone please help.
I am currently using 3G jetpro opaque transfer paper with a cutter.
The issue I am having is using transfer mask to move the design to a t shirt.

I have tried using yolo and mdp supplies transfer mask and both and very awkward to deal with, the opaque paper pretty much refuses to easily peel on to the mask without lost and lists of messing and teasing it over.

Does anyone know a transfer mask that works with this paper .

Pref a supplier in the uk.

Would even be open to a different process of moving designs over to the shirt if anyone has one.

Please help.

Thanks

Have you check Target?

https://www.targettransfers.com/index.php

I know you have a clam shell heat press. Did you try my suggestion to place under the platen to loosen the opaque from the backing after the transfer/mask had been squeegeed?

Put something, a block of wood or metal, on the lower platen to prevent the upper platen from touching the transfer/mask. Lay the transfer/mask on the lower platen. Close the press and hold it in position. From time to time check the backing start to curl a bit from the opaque then peel the mask and transfer apart. Record how long it took to get a good peel so you have a good target settings.

Or try sticking them in the oven set on warm. Experiment how long to keep it in the oven that will take to get a good peel. Use small sizes so you don't waste too much opaque and mask. Again record the time.

Please post the result. Good, bad or indifferent so others will benefit from the process or avoid it.
