I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. I am preparing to make my first order with transfer express. Whenever I upload my vector graphics, whether it is a.jpg,.PNG.PDF or.AI file, it dumbs down the image, and removes all of the distress that I put on the graphic. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Yes, I know they are not vectors. The point that I was trying to convey is that the vector-based images I created in Illustrator were submitted in their native format (.ai) then .pdf. When that didn’t work, I saved them as image files (.png and .jpg) all of which resulted in images whose quality had been reduced, resulting in a loss of the distressing I had applied to the graphics.
The elements are 7 inches wide.

You may or may not already know, it's a bit unclear in this thread so far, but you can save any work you do in Illustrator as a .ai file, simply saving as .ai does not automatically make it a vector file.
