Typically my transfers crack, or fade when I apply too much pressure or heat. Every time you get orders from different companies, and they've been sitting around for different amounts of time. It's helpful to test 5 transfers, or cut one transfer into 5 pieces and press them all at different heats and pressures, so that you can find the perfect balance. Depending on alot of variables, but generally the older the transfer, the more heat or pressure you need.

So long story short, mess around with the different variables and write down the best heat and pressure for the specific inks and cloth you use, to get the long-lasting effect we all strive for :)

Hope this helps,

thanks Zirka customs... i tried lighting up on the pressure and everything peeled off. maybe to light? also reduced the heat and got the same. went up to 370 at 20 and it really got bad. still with the washing.. everything flakes out.

these photos are after peeling off at 350 and 370

should i get a temp gauge and check the heat press itself to make sure im getting the correct temp?
Had this problem too with certain vinyl, perhaps it's because they are PVC or because their thick? My company is currently using Flesso products, the best so far as their vinyl is the thinnest and most durable in the industry (based on our production testing). The price is great too but only if your country is anywhere near their offices. You can check them out at www.flesso.it

hi, do you know whether they have any offices in Malaysia?
How did you wash it? I would try a few samples to see if it is a problem with all.
