I picked up a Toyota AD860 with a load of hoops, manuals, etc for a good deal. But it did not have the cap driver. I pieced it all together, and now the only thing I am missing is the guide that sits under the center arm in which the cap drivers bearings slip over. Where can I find one, or is there any way I can use without or another compatible cap driver possible? thanks for any assistance.

Not familiar with that machine but most likely you will have 2 choices - either buy an entire driver or find/make the pieces yourself.

I dropped the cap driver for my PR1000 and snapped off one of the rollers. Brothers only answer was to buy a new driver/set for $800+. I bought a piece of threaded rod, cut it to length, drilled and tapped a hole in the end for the mount screw and put it back together. $28 including the cost of the tap...

Yes that’s what I’m thinking I’ll have to do. Because I can’t find a complete set anymore. I’ve made a few things for my Barudans so I definitely understand the struggle of making it happen when you have to. Thanks
