Total newbie with heat transfers, what paper/ink is best for polymer transfer on cotton to give a vintage feel

Hi guys I use sublimation on poly but am wondering what type of polymer transfers are best to use on light cotton fabrics to give a vintage feel?

Also any websites sell them pre-printed to try them first?
