artwork is on the side due to a lot of my work being stolen and to get a closer look.

That is a relative question.

For shops with dialed in processes and calibrated equipment, no, not difficult at all. For shops burning screens with a 400 watt halogen lamp and using 60 or 110 mesh for everything, then yes, very difficult.

The dots in this image are plenty bold (much larger than halftone dots...) and this will print fine with a tight 160 mesh screen properly exposed.
