Too much pressure?

I was just wondering can you have too much pressure?

What are signs of too much or too little pressure?

I am currently using a geoknight dk20 I have it set to that it take two hands to close and that locks it down snug. I read so HTV and transfers say Medium pressure so that got me thinking can you go too Heavy?

I have had issues with easyweed lifting at sharp corners after a few washes but that was when I was still getting my press set up, maybe that was too light of pressure I am not sure.

Thanks

As a general rule, heavy pressure is better than light pressure

We always recommend a firm, but comfortable, lock down. No arm breaking necessary. :)

There is no such thing as too much but if you see your prints squishing out then you have too much. If you see a ghost around the print, it is too much. We saw it with dyesub and some Plastisol but nothing else. maybe vinyl which would shrink back and you see the glue ghost.
