I am still having issues with the burn prosses, my imadge keeps blowing out. I do not have a pressure washer I am using a gardern house with a fair amount of pressure. Last night I tried to get my imadge after about 10 minute on the house it started to come out but by the time the whole imadge was out I could use my finger to remove emoltion, so could it be to wet?

It sounds like your screen was underexposed.

What type of exposure unit do you have and how long are you exposing?

I have a homemade unit, I have 6 ge 40 watt light bulbs they are approx. 2 inch below the glass and I am running 10 min. A screen

I would also say under-exposure.Also if you don't degrease your screens correctly emulsion won't adhere to the mesh correctly.Are you getting a slimey water texture when you wash out as this also indicates poor screen prep and classic under-exposure.

I use purple power as a degreeser do you think it could be the problem?
