I think most tee printers accept high resolution jpegs if I'm not wrong. ..but best would be PSD or illustrator format.
I guess u can ask for a quote from Singapore printers for a print-on-demand for a few pieces first. .. the last I got was a quote of about S$25 per piece for a heat transfer tee ..not really worth it.. just one piece.. but if your quantity is more, cost would be reduced. China printers tend to go for bigger quantities.. .
The alternative way is to get a heat press and reduce your cost. ..
