Dear Sist & Bro,
I love drawing and i would like to have my drawing printed on
T shirts and sell via online blogshop on a sell on demand way.
I understand that i will need to vectorize my drawings after scanning to my computer using adobe illustrator or photoshop.
Eventually send the suppliers e psd etc format containing my design to get them printed on t shirts .

Correct me if i am wrong cuz i am Newbie.
But i got some questions or would any kind souls advise me .

Should i try to find a local t shirt printing supplier to get my design printed on their supplied tee shirts or locate a overseas supplier ?

And in addition , can someone recommend some ?
I am interested to be part of the tee shirt industry . Pls give me some guidance . I am passionate abr having my designs in e market.

I think most tee printers accept high resolution jpegs if I'm not wrong. ..but best would be PSD or illustrator format.

I guess u can ask for a quote from Singapore printers for a print-on-demand for a few pieces first. .. the last I got was a quote of about S$25 per piece for a heat transfer tee ..not really worth it.. just one piece.. but if your quantity is more, cost would be reduced. China printers tend to go for bigger quantities.. .

The alternative way is to get a heat press and reduce your cost. ..

There's a problem with your link.. u might want to check..

As for heat press, I'm also a newbie .. just bought my heat press and testing out.. and also still seeking the help of experts here.. but if there's anything u want to ask that u think I might know, I'll be glad to assist.. just email or msg me.

I'm not into silk screen printing yet..but if you are thinking of using this method, u can search this forum for more information. People here are pretty helpful..

Find local supplier first, it isn't good to invest too much in printing a lot of inventory in the beginning. Most of export biz like a larger order, if you order a few hundred pcs per style, you could consider to talk with any China supplier, otherwise, i'll suggest to stay local, talk more conveniently, and you can check in their workshop...,if you have any specific question about t-shirt quality, and printing, you can start up a new subject. By the way, i can't read your link. But screen printing nearly do all types of artwork design that is out of capability of a heat press.

U may want to scan your design into the computer in high res and then touch it up if needed.. .

Using Adobe illustrator or Adobe photoshop ?
Is my sketch already vectorized ?
How to vectorize my sketch, and use which program ?
You can use either Illustrator or Photoshop, whichever you are more comfortable with.

No, your sketch is not vectorized yet - but u can use either of the above programme or software to vectorize it.
