Hi, I have a problem with a drawer. After printing, it is as if the head did not finish the job. The drawer moves slowly and after a while the head moves and the drawer travels at the classic speed.
I cleaned the wheel, the tape, the program reset. But nothing help

Just google Equipment Zone, they are the largest seller of Epson DTG printers.

problem was my computer.Printing from my pc made deformed picture. I made 15 tshirts, everythink was ok.

suddenly ink is lost during printing.
Printer work, but no ink no white no CMYK.
flex cable is ok
Capping station ok
Pump station ok
Pipe is ok
I do not know why Head does not give ink. Probably bad Head?

How are you connected to the printer? It could just be an issue with the speed of your connection.

I carefully read your post and watch the video 2 times, and I really don't know if I could provide any solution. I believe you should look for a specialist to fix the drawer.
