As many of you on the east coast have experienced, we have been slammed with terrible ice storms, snow storms, etc. for most of the month. It has been a horrible winter.

Several weeks ago, during the worst of the ice storms, we lost power for 5 days. In a panic, I called Leo and asked for help. I am very lucky to be geographically located close to AA. I was able to bring my Neo to Leo (hey, they rhyme lol), and he has been babysitting ever since. I was supposed to get it back today, but with yet another storm due to hit tomorrow morning, I am forced to fly out tonight for a show, rather than tomorrow night, creating another obstacle in getting my neo back.

I don't think I know of any other company that would and has gone out of their way for a customer the way All American has. I am grateful, and humbled, but their kindness and willingness to help.

There are two kind do customers.
One, same as you appreciate what you received.
Two, it should be that way. What a big deal?

omg...Leo did not ask that I say anything lol! I didn't even know that he was on TSF. I am just so appreciative of the kindness he is showing me. I don't know what I would have done...no power + no maintenance = big problems.
