the thumb holes are easy to do with a button hole machine/sew.

long tanks may be found as a fitted tank mini-dress type T, where ? du-no, may be american apparel.

wow, I don't think I've ever heard of a long sleeve t-shirt with thumbholes. Do you have a picture of one?

You might want to check samples from Bella.com, alternativeapparel.com, americanapparel.com, theapparelagents.com and continental-usa.com to see if they have a tank top that fits they way you are describing.

It's just like when you made a hole in the sleeve of your big comfy jumper and stuck your thumb through it when you were a kid. Only stylish.

I've never seen them blank (or looked) but it wouldn't surprise me if they exist. I'd try the same sorts of places that Rodney mentioned for the tanks, since they're a cool/quirky item.

If you find some let me know. I've been looking for some blank hoodies with thumb holes and cant find them either

How long do you think the sleeves should be for a good thumbhole shirt?

The sleeves on the thumbhole shirts are longer than regular shirts. I have a granddaughter that wears them. It seems like one of my suppliers had one. Also might try Kavio. They do wholesale and have more fashion styles than some of the regular traditional suppliers. Might be a source for the tanks also.
