Well our 5 year old K2 just turned out 450 white shirts printing photo prints on one side. That was last weekend. Despite its age it still runs. Go figure.

One thing I will add in followup is the importance of keeping the capping station clean. More than anything else this really seems to affect the printing quality. Looking back, I would say some of my head clog issues were really dirty capping station issues.

Followup 2, we are using rippro v0.3 and doing a single pass in unidirectional for lights. Great results. The guys are iProofSystems were very helpful to us.

Well done on the order front. Is the k2 much different from the k3 ? And how do you keep your capping station clean?

clean the capping station every day and remove ink buildup. we use cleaning solution to help remove the ink. also we use lint free towels to clean the print head several times a day when running all day long.

I fail to see whats inpressive here guys ,your only printing white shirts so theres very little to go wrong I'd like to hear that you had the same results printing with the white ink as well now that would be impressive! lol
