hope you doing good guys
last day during working we lost power and our machine was middle of cutting when we got power back up and turned machine on again the
thread catching is in middle of the work and not going back to position
we tried to read manual and noting related to this problem when we command to cut for machine we get this error
thread catching not in position
when we try to start the machine for embroidery we get this error
thread catching over time
we found error code similar to some error in manual but they have different explanation for error
Ec5 & ec 7
in manual they maintained these errors as
Hook is not ok
hooking time is out
the strange thing is they dont have salutation for these error on the manual too!!!!!
we have BECS M98 from Dahao on our machine any help will save us from many trouble
