As soon as i start embroidering the thread breaks it seems to embroider in the one spot then says thread break , when i turn the garment over the thread is all loops & tangles. Help please!!!!

Sounds like you are getting a "birds nest". Tighten the top thread tension. You may not have the thread routed properly from the spool to the needle.This will effect your tension also. Bottom line is top tension is tooooooo loose.
