Hey guys!

We have a pretty good operation at the moment... we do a lot of sports teams, and that is our big focus... however...

I want to expand into more of the specialty prints, and full-color prints, water-based prints, and 4 color process prints...

What is the best way to get the word out? Or market these products?

Honestly, you just need to get a couple of those types of jobs in, and do them the best you possibly can, and word will spread with wildfire.
As someone who spent a lot of time on the "Customer" end of this business, I can tell you that creative types who are making their own stuff are always on the lookout for a competent printer and everyone is usually willing to point others towards the shop they prefer.
Just let it be known on your social media, website, etc. that you offer printing techniques that are suitable for retail-ready fashion lines, and they will find you for the most part.

You could try getting in with an event, like selling at a tournament with some of the "fancy" prints and fashion styles.

We are not in the business of going to events on site... however, I am trying to get into some of the music festivals to do shirts ahead of time!

I understand. I only go to one event a year with my company and it's fun to sell all the new fashion stuff with fun designs and prints. Maybe you will get a bite with a pre-sell for a customer..those are always great as well.
