I am sure you will find many SWF customer posts and their experiences on here..
I don't encourage the bashing but I am understanding your situation I have been there and done that.
Its frustrating.. We had to take matters into our hands and if it weren't for the help from the forums, Belquette(entire staff), Dan (dtginks.com, Karl Steele, Adam, (threadsafe), Harry Equipment Zone.. we would not have been able to turn our business completely around and have two DTG brand printers working around the clock with no problems.
I know you have Viper and not sure if Belquette can help you but I suggest you give them a call..
