Hello

My machine is printing is thin grey vertical line down the left side of the image I'm printing...

I've seen this problem before but can't remember what the solution is!

Anyone? there are no fibers or any gunk on bottom of printhead, its doing it to a photoshop file I created, just two numbers...

Alex,

I would first check the artwork and print a different file to see if it goes away.

Might not hurt to clean your encoder strip either.

Alex, can you send me the file, I want to take a look at it. Also, let me know what resolution you are printing at.

Definitely clean the linear encoder strip. Check the printhead interface circuitboard for ink build up. That is the small board on the carriage that the printhead plugs into.
