Hi everyone. Finally got some Thermoflex plus today. Now I have some shirts for our bowling team to do. All they want is the name of the team on one sleeve and our first names on the other.

Whats the best way to install thermoflex (or any heat transfer for that matter) when you have seams underneath. The area to have the thermoflex has no seem but the area that would be at the arm pit does. If I press this will it leave a big lump where the seam is.

Can I put something in the sleeve for a spacer? If so, what would be the best thing to use?

Can you say "extreeeeeeem newbie". Does it show?

Thanks for any help.

You have me confused??? Why is a seem coming into play on a sleeve? Is the top layer flat, no seems, or hems? If so you should be fine if it is just a T. If a sweat you might want to use a teflon pillow, or pad. You might want to post a pic.

This particular shirt has a large seam is flat on the top layer and has a seam on the bottom layer. So when right where I want to put the name the bottom layer seam makes the top layer stand out.

Sorry for the lack of a better description.

I will try to post a pic tomorrow some time. I am off to sandcarve some glass right now.

Thanks again for the help.
