I just purchased a Roland GX-24 and I am handling all garment vinyl cutting in house now, we have farmed it out for the last 4yrs while we grew clientele for the that service. We used various vendors and weren't big fans of vinyl until we ran across a vendor who used Thermoflex plus, our clients noticed the difference as we did and a year later we have enough vinyl business to warrant the purchase of the GX-24. SO my question is what else is out there that is comparable to Thermoflex plus? While price is always a concern, we are more worried with maintaining the quality we have become accustom to. I just don't like putting all my eggs in one basket and want to know what my options are in case I can't get what I need from Thermoflex.

Thermoflex is good stuff as well though. Is there something you aren't getting from the Thermoflex? They have a lot of other products besides the plus.

No I am completely satisfied with the Thermo, just asking because I am a novice and don't know any comparable products and I like to know my options.. I guess I am trying to pick you guys brains and increase my product knowledge.

I have used Thermoflex plus for 5-6 years and works great much better IMO than siser products. Follow there recommendations on what to put it on , and you should be golden . Some colors will not layer, I have used it on some 100% poly with out problems , it weeds great and peels better than most. to me Siser seemed to much like plastic. didn't' stretch either. You can even get it in 20 in rolls.
I tested many products when I started and gravitated to Siser Easy Weed....At this point I do not recall how I ended up there but Siser products have served me well....
PS......Vinyl from Joto Paper is also made by PolyTape who makes Thermo Flex Plus....
