:D:D:D Once Neo arrived; and the dancing stopped. We decided the home we were going to put it in wasn't good enough. Rather than rush to set it up.... We (Charlie) put up walls in the garage so I now have a laundry room and pantry of sorts. Removed the garage door and put up a wall with a window and a door. Moved the screen printing equipment into the new shop in back. Yesterday we started assembling Neo and will finish today. Move the rest of my equipment in from the living room and we'll be ready for set-up completion (call to Jason) then testing.:):) Later I'll ask Charlie to set up my speakers so I can rock (don't tell him I want more; he's pooped) while I work.....HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!!:D

Pictures definitely will be coming. Dust and temperature were part of the reason for the decision; humidity seemed fine, but when it's 100 out in July that will probably create another situation but we will be able to control it better without the garage door (too old and had a big smile to it). We were talking about dust also because it'll never go away and I will want to cover with light sheets when not in use (that means hopefully not often).
Waiting to hear from Jason we found a small screw with broken plastic around it when we took the printer out of the box this morning. Don't know where it came from. Sent him pictures. We'll see what he says.

Where are you located?

Monitoring your humidity level and temps are CRUCIAL to getting the most out of your new NeoFlex. DTG printers MUST be used in a climate controlled environment at all times or you will likely have issues with it. This is nice because in most cases the screen printer operators are dying of heat and uncomfortable working conditions whereas DTG is in a nice comfortable room!! (Not to mention how much cleaner it is then screen printing)

We are in Oregon. I'm not too concerned. We've been monitoring for a couple of months and most of that was with it set up as a garage with the door opening and closing, cold temp outside when it snowed. The temp fluctuated within range but we wanted it tighter and the humidity stayed within range varying +/- 1-2 % all times of the day or night. We just have to wait for summer. Our hot weather doesn't last that long and can be managed.

Just a short update. Have the humidifier running now. The temperature rose outside close to our normal summer average and shot the humidity down so what we thought would happen when the temperatures rose happened. Now it's just a whole season of monitoring so we'll be able to manage as our temperatures adjust.
We are going to load ink on Monday with Jason. Getting more excited!
