Hi Goldie, are you able to post some pics of the samples that were made for you? Would love to see how these came out pressed. Only if you can.
I too am considering getting a BN20.

Regards,
Hi Tizz,

Happy to do a sample for you. Any particular file you want printed? We supply BN-20 printers and heatpresses.

Cheers,

Loading media continues to be a problem for me - so much so I avoid having to change a roll as much as possible.

Tutorials show its so easy to feed in the media.

The media puckers because the edges just wont in slide under those fixed inch rollers.

Is there an simpler solution?

Hi Goldie,

It is very simple to load media into the BN-20. You should have been guided through this at the installation and training on the machine.

What media are you using? Are you raising the media lever before trying to slide the media under the rollers?

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Cheers
Greg

the media HAS to go underneath the rollers. If the lever is engaged that engages the pinch rollers, then you will not be able to put the vinyl under them. To have the machine run the media back and forth for cutting and printing, it must be under those rollers.

Thanks guys. I understand what you are saying but it is never simple for me - the media always puckers.

Perhaps it is because my BN20 is on a stand with its back to the wall? I access it from the front only.

I dread changing a roll.

At the moment the roll has been removed altogether and I am trying to print on a special piece of media 12" wide and 2ft long. The instructions say it will print a piece only 6" wide, but not my machine. It keeps telling me "setup incomplete".

Greg, thankyou SSSOOOOO much for your help today.

I had no idea that the right media roll must always be placed over a grid section of the silver bar.

Not only did it work, I now have finished leather products. You are a genius.:tipthank: Thankyou!
