Hi i have a expert 24 xl and when I pass the file to the great cut it puts vectors by dividing the circles, what I do?

Never used Great Cuts, but maybe the circles in Illustrator need to be paths before going to Great Cuts and not circles. Something like Convert Shape to Path or Object > Compound Path > Make.

There does not appear to be anything wrong with your file. All the items appear to be plain, ordinary paths.

As I don't have Great Cuts, I can't comment. Maybe you should repost the this under Great Cuts Help Needed or something. Maybe if you uninstalled it and reinstalled.

I use Sure Cuts A Lot 4 for cutting and can confirm your file loads correctly in there too, so it must be a problem with Great Cut, not the .ai file.
