Just had to give a thumbs up to The Magic Touch UK, had a small problem getting my Ricoh 3300 and Photoshop to print top quality colours onto mugs, phoned up, expecting support over the phone, but no, they sent out an engineer, he did some magic tricks with the system, loaded a new profile, explained the whole process to me in a language i could understand, i now have a system which is second to none, we've had all the systems over the last seven years, and this takes some beating. Total cost for the repair, now comes the best bit, free of charge, yes we did buy the printer from TMT, but it was two years ago, seems like Conde USA might have some competition for the top service award.
