Thanks to everyone at AA for their kindness and hospitality over our two days of training. Worked out great picking up the machine right after training, and the 14 hr ride back to Wisconsin gave my brother and I some time to discuss new directions to go with our Neo. For those going to AA I would suggest bringing a piece of your artwork to print at training. I also thought it worked out great bringing the laptop along that I will be using with my Neo. We were able load the software at their facility and had AA staff readily available to watch over my shoulder to make sure all went well. All the best to everyone..
