Thank you Equipment Zone

After several months of research, I decided to add direct to garment printing to my embroidery business.
I purchased the Epson F2000 from Equipment Zone. They are in New Jersey and I'm in Oregon. They were very helpful in processing my order and patient with me while waiting for Epson to ship my equipment.
My technician, Hawkeye, flew in late a night and was up bright and early to train me and my staff. The training was a breeze and Hawkeye was extremely patient and very knowledgable. He spent 1 1/2 days with us and we had a great time while learning.
Equipment Zone has checked in with me several times since that time to make sure all is going well.
They have been excellent in customer service. We look forward to using them again.

Great to hear! Hawkeye is a robot so he doesn't need sleep.:) Looks like EZ is on a roll! Welcome to the DTG community!

Hi Lolo,

Glad to hear you liked your training! It's been my experience that actually learning on and using the equipment on-site is a good way to get up and running quickly. How are you liking the F2000?

I bought a refurb T jet 2 from EZ about a year ago. I have had nothing but good things to say about EZ. They have been there every step of the way for me. A complete novice at the start and I was up and printing my first order within hours
