Text to outlines as PDF?

Can anyone tell me how to quickly convert the text I type into "outlines" for output printing?

Which software do you have?

Illustrator > convert to outlines

Corel Draw > convert to curves

if you have a .pdf you can open it in either select the text > right click covert to curves or outlines.

Hopefully the text embedded in your PDF is not rastered. If it is you'll have to livetrace it in Illustrator
