i need to put names on long sleeve tees. Any suggestions on if i should lay the name out horizontally like it was going on the back.... LARISSA and apply it vertically or lay the name out vertically...

This is just my personal opinion, but I've never been a fan of letters stacked that way.

I'd do it the other way – so if they hold their arm out perpendicular to their body it reads:
shoulder end <---- L A R I S S A ----> cuff end

Again, this is just my personal preference though.

I agree with queerep, but I recently had a custom bike shop that wanted their name printed opposite to that.

so that when they stood with their arms across their chest, the person in front of them could read the name.
But it would also require them having their arms crossed right

Ha ... that's funny. :)

[glager] That brings up a good point, though .... have you asked the customer what they prefer?
