Texjet plus doesn't recognize ink maintenance tank, error 0020

In my case, texjet plus doesn't recognize de maintenance ink tank and display Init error 0020. I have tried with new ink tanks (2 different ones) whit the same result.


Anybody have solved this problem? Regards
