If you have built a functioning DTG printer and would like to share some videos of it working. Please post some here.

I know it will help a lot of others with an interest to build a dtg the courage to try. And I'm sure you will be happy helping someone out.

Look for the plans on the 1800, 1400 or 1900. They are the same width and makeup is almost the same as the 1100. I know there is a set of videos and photos with a breakdown of an 1100 somewhere on this forum.

Take the step forward and be counted!

Hey german how are you doing?

I checked it out. Can we link the two threads? Also I'm looking for videos rather than photos. Maybe you can toss in one or two of yours. I know you have been on the seen a long time and a pioneer in the diy dtg business.

I don't see much of the old guys posting anymore (bob and others).

Hey Rudy,

no prob linking threads, there are videos on there also actually quite a few.. I thought it would be better if some of the builders posted there stuff rather than showing mine as it would inspire others to start and these same folks could help out.. I do have some new designs i will be debuting but there not diy as the diy stuff thats here is prolly the easiest and most efficient for the newbie which will work just aswell as any epson based unit avail. IMHO.. I have not talked to bob in quite awhile i think he has embarked on a different path with screening last i heard... lots of the original folks are still around most are doing well with there business ventures in dtg printing, I know of one thats up to three printers already.. Im kind of addicted to the design aspect of dtg and why i research constantly on the matter its alot of fun!!!:) what base model epson are you running these days?

Nice to see that the art-form is thriving. I am doing support role on this thread: http://www.t-shirtforums.com/diy-dtg/t32499-152.html for those who want to try and hit a few snags.

I am right now putting together a 1400 with two platters instead of carriage, with the printer on rails. I'm using tension wire pulley to move the printer. Besides that I'm doing sublijet on an 1100 and chromojet on a ricoh gx7000.

I am fascinated with cnc machines and is pooling the parts to build one.
