You don't set press temperature based on the shirt. You set it based on what you're applying. Following the temperature instructions that came with the transfer or vinyl you are applying.

Hello. When trying to heat press (hotronix clam) a "Puff" transfer to a t-shirt (Gildan Ultra Cotton), using the recommended temp, pressure and time, the image partially peels back from shirt when peeling plastic back. It appears to need different settings to be successful?
