Hi and thanks guys for any input.
I am designing a label for my tearaway blanks and I would like to know if the blank t-shirt originally was made in let's say India, after I relabel the shirt as my brand, should I put India or the US ( I am in the US) in the "made in ..." section?

You need to use the actual country of origin, in this case, India. Using incorrect info would be fraudulent and in violation of FTC guidelines.

You can specify both if you want, as in "Made in India, Printed in USA".
