I say yes... but there are other questions. are you talking about a sales tax id??? do you have a business license??? or do you do it as a hobby?? The hobby thing is how i started just printing for friends and family, and buying everything retail and making no profit. but i feel like as soon as you move to the "public" market, and start printing for people to make a profit i think you need to make a legitimate business out of it including a business license, and Sales tax number.

Not sure if you can get in any trouble or fines, but in Utah the sales tax number was free so i didn't chance it and went completely legal.

I say yes. There are some "wholesale for everyone" type sites out there but really they are just resellers too. Pretend the price difference is $.50 per shirt and you have a run of 100 shirts. In the long run, is it worth it?

I totally understand...... right now I am just a one man hobby shop. As I progress I want to be sure that I do things the right way....... thank you for your input
