just a suggestion. maybe add a target tag in the (a href) for the links in the left nav area so the sponsor links and etc will pop up in a different window

Hi Ken, thanks for the suggestion.

I've thought about that, but I try not to open new windows on users unless they specifically request it:

The forum software has the target=blank built into it for all outgoing links, but for the links that I control, I figure I'll let the user decide if they want it in a new window or not.
