I have found good response with having your customers take surveys. You can ask how much they spend on select items, sizing and more, it worked well for me.

You can also go to the website www.sureforms.net it is free and you can easily make your own survey.

Make sure you try and do the multiple choice this way they can track and see the percentage of people that choose each answer. I hope this will be helpful for you.

If you are a Bluehost user or if your hoster uses Simplescripts... you can get an auto-install of LimeSurvey, an open source survey solution full of stats and customizable options. If you are comfy with installing Linux scripts to your webhost account, you could also do this yourself.

This is what we use at the end of every ticket to get our customers' opinions. Each customer gets their own ticket ID which has to be activated by us. We are in the process of trying to integrate this with our invoice system, to automatically create a token when we set their invoice status to 'completed'
