can someone give me advices on this TAJIMA model in particular?

9needle / 4heads embroidery machine
€10.000 cost, used
several hoops included (x4) of each size, cap frames, cap system
though, i´ve heard something about the lower bobbin sensor, and electronic failure / unavailability of parts. ( to be confirmed )
lookin for the best advice, since this is japanese hard steel powerhorses.
