Hi everyone - I hope someone can help me with figuring out why my Tajima suddenly started to stitch out of pattern. The machine would start stitching and then all of sudden make a bump sound and starts stitching out of line. The machine doesn't stop nor does it show any error messages. It continues to stitch the logos and lettering but they are all messed up. I tried to stitch as simple as a one lettering, but I am running into the same problem. It would stitch out of line and you start seeing the underlay tread visible. Anyone experienced this before? What could cause this problem? I attached a picture.

Its looks like you lost registration. When you hear the bump does the frame hit something? Is the fame securely in the arms so it doesn't shift?

I just checked and doesn't appear to be an arms issue. Everything is clear in the inside. Could this be caused by a hook timing issue?
I ran the same design twice and the off stitch always appears on different areas of the design. I appreciate your reply.
