I just want to ask some questions about Tajima embroidery machines..

Hi Learner,

It just automatically shutdown ,we tried to reopen it but to no success. Our electrician said probably due to lack of power source.
When he change the connection, they been able to open it but its not running and it showing in the monitor " Cannot find MX( or one of its components) Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available".

Last time it happened,it was fixed by technician from supplier and they install a software version 5.94 (based from engineers report but they did not put which software).

I just want to know if you have any idea which software and where can I get it aside from the supplier ( because if I call them again, they will charge again huge amount just to install the software)

I forgot to mention, the model of our embroidery machine: TFMX-IIC908.
