If I am removing the tags on a shirt and replacing them with a heat transfer of my own brand logo and label, can I use the same information from the tag that is being removed?

country of origin, material, washing instructions and ALSO the RN # ?

No, you can't use the original manufacturers RN number without permission. You can either apply for your own RN number or use your Full corporate name instead. An RN number is free and easy to get.
