No it sublimation. Thats why its in the sublimation discussion group.
DTG isn't this vibrant as far as I have ever seen.

Sublimation is always printed on polyester whereas DTG is on cotton only, right?

sublimation yes as for DTG I am not sure if you can print any amount of poly or not. I don't do DTG so can't give a 100% correct answer on that.
