These are vector and can be saved as images.

Just look up t-shirt vector or if you have a t-shirt supplier many will have images for you to use right on their website.

Look for mockup templates.

Plenty of free and paid-for mockups online.

Then you just choose your garment, change the garment colour and paste your artwork ontop.

Normally done in a raster program like photoshop
