It depends on what kind of software you have at the moment.
You'll find it much easier to submit your artwork to a screen printer or online fulfillment service if you have at least the basic graphic software (like Paint Shop Pro). If you have the skills, Photoshop and Illustrator can make your life a lot easier.
But you do need to have *some* type of *graphic* software. All too often we get people trying to submit artwork in Microsoft Word because that's what they used to type the text.
