I have been experimenting with all sorts of transfer papers and haven’t really tried 1 that I am 100% happy with. The best so far for light is jet pro soft stretch, and for dark is 3G jet opaque. However these are all using inkjet which has a better look than all the laser printer papers I have tried. However inkjet is far more expensive to run than laserjet. Does anybody know if any top quality laser papers to match jet pro and 3G? Also I was contemplating upgrading to an OKI machine, however doing lots of research can somebody advise me on getting a Roland printer cutter, which a business not far from me uses, and the quality of it seems to be great all round. It’s all printed onto a very thin vinyl as far as I can see which is then contour cut by the same machine, and then weeded by hand if needed. Advice please.

Skip all of that and do plastisol transfers. Save your pennies and get a good cutter so you can do vinyl, you should be able to do that after just a couple of good sized jobs. Save those pennies and get an embroidery machine.
