Hi, i am happy with my DTG , however i keep missing the centre spot, i am either to far left or to far right, the image is in the correct position in the rip, it's just my positioning of the tee.
do any of you have any tips on positioning the t shirt? since doing digital printing i am used to putting the neck of the t shirt at the top away from me, with dtg i have to put the neck of the tee near to me so the tee is printing upside down, :( any tips on positioning please?
thank you :)

We measured the center of the platten at the top and bottom and put a notch on the edge. This helps us keep center. And you can feel the notch through the shirt.

Another thing we do is the same as if we were screen printing. We load our shirt so the tag is on our notch, we then make sure the shoulder seam is on the edge of the platten then pull the shirt straight towards you keeping the shirt straight until you reach the height you want. Works well for us. You also need to make sure your platten has not twisted on you or your whole print will be crooked. Some DTG machines have a platten that can twist from side to side.

Hope that helps!
