When Pepsi granted you permission to use their trademark they should have provided you with the proper art files. If not, I would ask them for it.

In my town the local pepsi dealer wanted to print that shirts and in my country to ask some one to grant permission from a big company is so big procedure.

does not matter if the local dealer asked you for it
they have zero rights to that logo,
just like you have zero rights to that logo

pepsi co. can pursue legal action against you,
should they so desire

stop it!

you should not encourage theft

the last time the original poster was here,
they again were asking for someone to copy/steal someone's design

Dealer or Distributor? Big difference. The distributor knows what they can do and will provide artwork for the job.

I am also looking for the same Pepsi Cola Design. If any one know the suppliers of this type of T-Shirts then please share the information.

here you go.https://www.pepsico.com/
Pepsi supplies those types of tshirts?

There's nothing on the link....neither the design nor any info on tshirts so Im not sure what the link is for?
There is plenty of contact info on that website for the OP to contact Pepsi and enter into a deal to licence their design. I think that was the original purpose of this thread?

This was his post
It does not seem likely that a local Pepsi bottling company would be using this shirt. How do I know this I work for a company that is a subsidiary owned by of our local Pepsi Co. (my paycheck comes from them) I used to do all the banners and graphics for them locally. That being said they rarely provided me with the Pepsi logos - just referred me to the internet/and Pepsi website. I was always to use the most current accurate versions of logos and colors for promotional purposes.

That shirt graphic appears to be the type of shirt that would have be sold under licensing for retail sale. for example when you go into Hot Topic, Wal Mart etc and see shirts with the "Chevy" "Ford" various cartoons and even Coke. They pay a fee to print and sell them there.

If your local Pepsi Company is requesting this shirt you should ask them to provide the artwork or you design something for their approval from scratch. The local company usually has the rights to approve printing for this type of work. I would maybe have them sign a release stating they have the right to have them made releasing you from liability. You are being contracted to do work for them like any other business not printing and selling yourself. If they can't provide you with artwork or a release.... it is likely they do not have the rights.

I would think you would be fine if it is for an actaul pepsi distributor and not selling the shirts just for profit
