Why don't you just use the measurements/specs from the shirt manufacturer?

Hey, I need to take the measurements for some shirts and I have all the kinds of measurements I need, but I don't know what they all mean. here's an excel document with all the kinds on it. Could someone tell me what they all mean? Thanks.
