Hey guys, I’m new to this side of apparel. I own a t-shirt plant and produce around 30,000 shirts a week we do it from knitting all the way through. We are a union company and work about 65 girls. We have been in business since 1990. This time last year we bought a couple on manual workhorse printers and have been doing just basic printing. We do around 1,000 shirts a week in printing, but we have bought an m&r 8 color 1993 gauntlet. I have a tech coming the end of this month and we plan on trying to start pushing the printing as much as we do the sewing. We know very little about the printing, but we are very excited to learn. We sell blank shirts as well as doing contract sewing for some of the largest companies in the US. We do 100% recycle and are the only company in the USA offering a 100% recycle union made shirt as well as we do 100%cotton both usa and union made.
