T-shirt e-commerce site review

My website has been online now for one year. I have continually made improvements along the way, and have several new things I want to change and add. But before I spend the time to updating anything, I'd like to get some very honest feedback from everyone. Please let me know what you think about all aspects of the site. Any thoughts and ideas are appreciated.

Glow-in-the-Dark Birthday T-Shirts, Camping T-Shirts, Holiday T-Shirts, Custom T-Shirts from imaginTEE

Thanks!

I like the demonstration of glow-in-dark in your banner. The matching invitations are a good idea too. Nice touch. Maybe add goodie bags for a complete package rather than competing against it.

Good luck.
Hello
I like your site, easy to navigate. The only thing missing that I can see is how about us international customers, no shipping info.

Regards Obeseman
the checkout is the only thing that needs work. The LOOK of the site is very nice and unique, but people are taken away form your site to checkout. I know some people will not purchase if they see the url of the page change between shopping and checking out.

Just a thought, but you should consider getting a merchant account where they dont leave your site to checkout.. It maintains the LOOK of your website throughout checkout.

I agree. That threw me off a little bit.

It does look good other than that, though.
Thanks for the responses so far. I was hoping for more feedback.

Regarding the checkout, I do pay for the shopping cart service. And understand your point, I will consider changing shopping carts.

And I do ship internationally, and will add some info regarding it.

Thanks!
you pay for the cart but you ONLY get the checkout part?? I have never done that before - other than paypal (but people recognize paypal as safe)

The shopping carts i use are like all in one deals.. all you need is a host and merchant account.. So did you build the rest of the site yourself from scratch? I'm confused on how you did this..
I use Paypal for my merchant account and designcart.net for my shopping cart. I did design the site myself, my first career is graphic and web design, second is silk-screening.

I looked into doing a free shopping cart service such as zencart, but seems they all require customers to sign up for an account before checking out, and I do not want that either.

Have you used Paypals shopping cart? Doesn't that take you away from your site?
yes.. I use paypal for my "merchant accounts" and i have the website payments pro so the customer has a choice to pay on the website without leaving (like any other merchant account) OR go to pay through their own paypal account which will take them to payal..... but i ALWAYS use zen cart or oscommerce for my stores.. BOTH carts have addons that allow you to not require an account at checkout.. Its a complicated install, but if you did web design,t hen you shouldnt have an issue installing

Maybe try getting some blog reviews? This way your customers can read what other people that have tested your merchandise feel about the quality and wash n' wear of your tees. Sometimes these blog reviews ask for comments from their subscribers and from the comments, you can learn which of your designs are the most popular which will enable you to market your strongest designs.
