I don't have a solution for your problem, but I will say that I have both T-Seps and T-RIP and Scott Fresener at T-Biz Network has been so incredibly helpful to me every time I have had an issue. I definitely suggest giving him a call or sending him an email, he will probably be able to get you squared away pretty quickly.

Yes. Simple problems my friend. I <3 T-Seps.

What you are more than likely running into is an improper set-up of your artwork.
Have you found the tutorials for this online yet? Scott does a decent job explaining everything
but your problem will probably be fixed so long as you

save masked/UNmasked artwork as JPG in RGB mode <--absolute must. and most common error made

message me if you have more questions. I use t-seps daily

This is just one of the many reasons we use Ultraseps and their newer version is great. I can open just about any file in any format, cmyk, rgb, jpeg, flattened, unflattened, whatever. Even stuff with many layers and channels and hit a button to run a separation and it just works. Very well thought out and polished separation program, by far the best and we've used them all. None of these ridiculous errors and oh yeah, the separations are hands down better, a lot better. Some of the seps we do don't even require much work, especially the cmyk seps. We probably couldn't get by without it.
